How to Use
Massage a 1/4 of a small 5 ml teaspoon (1.25 g) onto soft parts of the body daily, including abdomen, inner thigh, throat and upper arm. Rotate area of application for best results. Select one location for each application only.
For non-menstruating women: Use for 3 weeks, then pause for 1 week, then resume the cycle.
For menstruating women: Use for 3 weeks, pause application while on period. Resume cycle after period is over.
